Swiss Cheese Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Cut cheese into thin slices.
    Saute onion in butter and place in bottom of pie shell.
    Sprinkle cheese with flour and place on top of onion.
    Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour on top of cheese and onion.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Crumble crisp bacon on top and serve.
    Serves 6.
