Marinated Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bottle Italian dressing
    1 sliced red onion
    1 head cauliflower, broccoli, broken up
    3 large sliced carrots
    8 oz. small stemless mushrooms
    1/2 lb. hard Italian salami, chopped
Preparation
    Marinate
    all
    ingredients
    in\tplastic
    container with tight seal
    (to
    turn
    over) at least overnight.\tTurn over a time or two.
    Serve in salad bowl lined with lettuce.
    Dump in marinated veggies and add olives, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, green pepper, etc.
