Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen cut broccoli or asparagus spears
    2 c. cooked white meat of chicken, cooked and diced
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. onion and garlic croutons
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 c. mayonnaise or light mayonnaise
    1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice to taste
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Layer broccoli,
    chicken
    and mushrooms in order in 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole.
    Sprinkle cheese over ingredients in pan.
    Then
    sprinkle
    croutons.
    Mix
    in
    large
    bowl:
    soup, mayonnaise, lemon
    juice and curry powder.\tPour over ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Enjoy!
