Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 catfish fillets
    salt and pepper to taste
    juice of one lemon
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Place fillets in a lightly oiled baking dish; sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes until fish flakes.
    Serves 4 or 5.
