Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 carrot, sliced thin
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 c. diced onion
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    cream of mushroom soup
    cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in enough water to cover.
    Simmer until tender.
    Add your soups and water.
    Add cheese (cubed) and broccoli.
    Simmer until cooked through.
