Sicilian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. lean beef, ground
    3/4 lb. lean pork, ground
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 small onion, chopped
    6 plum tomatoes, chopped (save some)
    1 slice Prosciutto ham, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except ham and cheese.
    Put in baking dish and trench middle of loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Take out and put ham and cheese in middle, then top with tomatoes that are left.
    Bake an additional 20 minutes.
    Serve.
