Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. margarine, softened
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. molasses
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder, cloves and salt.
    Stir in margarine, water and molasses until well blended.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Cool slightly on cake rack.
