Pineapple-Pimento Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon jello (6 oz.)
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 small pkg. cream cheese
1 small jar pimentos
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
3/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Heat juice and dissolve jello in juice.
Cut pimentos fine.
Mix and mash well with softened cheese.
Add all ingredients (except cream) together and mix well.
Whip the cream and fold into mixture.
Chill.
