Cheesy Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
    scant 3/4 c. water (cold)
Preparation
    Crumble bacon and drain sausage on paper towels.
    Cool.
    Grate cheese; add to Bisquick along with sausage.
    Stir well.
    Slowly stir water in with fork.
    Make into small balls; brown in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 or 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Serve hot.
