Dinner Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 C diced potatoes
3 C minced onions
1 C diced celery
5 tsp heinz 57 sauce
8 C canned tomatoes, drained
1/4 C parsley
1 C butter
1 C flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 gal milk
1/2 lb grated cheese
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes, onions and celery in water, drain. Set aside. Melt butter, add flour and stir well. Add salt and milk. Cook until thick stirring constantly. Add cheese and drained potato mixture. Add tomatoes and parsley.
