Hot Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. dry mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. consomme or beef bouillon
Preparation
    Blend dry ingredients; add liquids.
    Cook slowly until thick, stirring constantly.
    Yields 2 cups.
    Great with sandwiches or beside meat.
