Mother'S Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice (not instant)
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
    Melt butter.
    Saute celery and onion until clear.
    Combine broccoli, vegetables, rice, cheese and mushroom soup; blend well.
    Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 8 servings.
