Lemon Cheese Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
juice of 2 lemons
3 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
Preparation

Put all ingredients together, mixing well. Cook in top of double boiler until thick. Let cool before spreading. Use with any white layer cake or lemon cake.
