Fluffy Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 (11 oz.) Mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (18 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping
    1/2 to 1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 c. pecan halves
    lettuce leaves (optional)
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine pineapple, cranberry sauce and oranges. Fold in whipped topping and orange peel.
    Serve in lettuce leaves if desired; store leftovers in refrigerator.
