Christmas Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. butter
    6 (2 oz.) bars semi-sweet chocolate
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine sugar, milk, salt and butter in saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir until chocolate is melted and ingredients are well blended.
    Pour into 2 buttered 9 x 9 x 2-inch pans.
    Chill until firm.
    Yields 4 pounds.
