Summer Fruit Salad(Healthful Eating) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 leaves red or green leaf lettuce
1/2 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt
3 large ripe strawberries, thinly sliced
3 slices fresh peach
1 slice fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
1 small wedge cantaloupe, cubed
1 small wedge honeydew melon, cubed
1 small wedge watermelon, cubed
Preparation

Layer the lettuce on a chilled dinner plate.
Spoon yogurt into individual custard cups; place on center or side of plate. Surround with fresh fruits.
