Pie Crusts For 2 Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, well beaten
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and sugar.
    Combine water and vinegar.
    Cut in shortening then slowly add water and vinegar solution.
    Add egg. Mix well then form into 4 balls.
    Use rolling pin to spread out.
