Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    popcorn, popped (enough to make 8 qt.)
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cook the margarine, brown sugar and corn syrup for 5 minutes. Stir in the salt, vanilla and soda.
    Stir over popcorn; put in a large pan.
    Bake in a 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
