Fried Bananas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

bananas (green tipped)
beaten egg or evaporated milk
fine crushed corn flakes or cracker crumbs or corn meal
hot oil
Preparation

Amount of each ingredient will depend on how many you want to fix.
Cut bananas into 1-inch slices.
Dip in egg or milk, then in coating of your choice.
Cook in 1-inch of oil heated to 375\u00b0 until light brown.
Serve hot.
Cook 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
