Oven Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. chicken thighs
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1 c. white vinegar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Wash chicken thighs and pat dry.
    Sprinkle with garlic powder and let stand 5 minutes.
    Dip chicken in beaten eggs.
    Fry until nearly done.
    Spray large pan with nonstick spray.
    Mix sugar, juice, catsup, vinegar and soy sauce.
    Put chicken in pan and pour sauce over chicken.
    Cover with foil and bake 30 to 45 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven or until sauce is thick.
    Put chicken on platter and spoon remaining sauce over top.
