Sugared Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. unsalted roasted peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray cookie sheet with Pam spray.
Mix peanuts, sugar and water in a saucepan.
Heat on medium, stirring occasionally.
In about 10 minutes the mixture will crystallize and begin to coat the peanuts.
Now spread the mixture on cookie sheet and bake 20 to 25 minutes, stirring the mixture occasionally. Store in tightly covered container.
