Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. package frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    can cream of mushroom soup
    c. shredded swiss (4 oz.)
    1/3 c. dairy sour cream
    pepper
    2.8 oz. can french fried onions
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine frozen vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup of the cheese, sour cream and pepper. Stir in half the french onions. Spoon into a two quart baking dish. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer or until mixture is heated through. Makes 6 servings.
