Chicken Minestrone - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. water
2 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
3 oz. spaghetti, broken
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken breast
2 medium zucchini squash, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained and chopped
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a Dutch oven.
Bring to a boil; cover.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms, chicken, zucchini squash and tomatoes.
Cover; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until tender.
Yield: 9 cups (136 calories per 1 cup serving).
