Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 sticks margarine
    3 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    8 eggs
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. butternut flavoring
    1 can coconut (Angel Flake)
Preparation
    Cream Crisco, margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour and cream of tartar together.
    Add to cake with flavorings.
    Fold in coconut with a spoon.
    Cook in cold oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
