Strawberry-Glazed Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
3 large eggs
2 c. granulated sugar, divided
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. water
1 c. strawberries, mashed

Preparation

In a bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons sugar. Mix in melted butter and press into a 9-inch spring-form pan to make crust. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Cool. Reduce oven to 300\u00b0.
