Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix all and place in skillet.
    Let come to a hard boil.
    Cook 7 minutes or until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 stick butter and 1 tsp. vanilla.
    Beat with electric mixer until creamy.
    Add pecans.
    Stir until it begins to thicken.
    Spoon out on wax paper.
