Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 lemon (juice)
    1 raw pie shell
Preparation
    Toss sugar, flour and corn meal in bowl with fork.
    Add eggs, milk, butter and lemon juice; stir until well blended.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
