Texas Blueberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3 oz. pkg. raspberry jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 can blueberries
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix jello in boiling water. Add blueberries, pecans and pineapple. Let mixture set. Mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Spread over jello and sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans. Let set overnight.
