Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    5/8 lb. butter
    2 eggs
    sugar/cinnamon mixture
    1 beaten egg or milk
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Stir in eggs.
    Add flour and chill. Working with small amount of dough (keep remainder cold) roll out very thin and cut.
    Brush with milk or egg and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Put nut in the center and bake quickly.
