Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

approximately 6 pork chops
sliced potatoes
salt and pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
Preparation

Quickly brown pork chops.
In a large greased casserole dish, add a layer of pork chops, then a layer of sliced potatoes. Repeat layers, adding salt and pepper to each.
Mix mushroom soup and water.
Pour over potatoes and meat.
Bake, covered, with glass lid at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour or until potatoes are done.
