Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced raw apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat together oil, sugar and eggs on low speed.
    Then mix flour, cinnamon and nutmeg to mixture by hand.
    Add apples, nuts and vanilla to mixture.
    Grease and flour tube cake pan.
    Pour mixture in and bake at 325\u00b0 for 70 to 75 minutes.
