Matt'S Favorite White Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 lb. cream cheese (28 oz. or 3 1/2 eight oz. pkg.)
7 oz. sugar
3 eggs plus 2 yolks
4 oz. cream
1 lb. melted white chocolate
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Add eggs plus yolks, one at a time. Beat until smooth. Add cream. Switch to whisk and add chocolate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes; drop to 250\u00b0 until set.
