Spanish Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, split (use boneless, skinless)
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. long grain rice
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    sliced pitted ripe olives
Preparation
    Cook chicken in hot oil until brown.
    Add onion, green pepper, garlic, chili powder, cinnamon, cumin and pepper.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Drain fat.
