    1 c. cornmeal
    1/8 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1/8 c. Crisco oil
Preparation
    Bake in 8-inch greased pan at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
