Green Potato Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    shredded cheese
    1/4 c. cooked chopped spinach
Preparation
    Bake potatoes and cut them in half lengthwise.
    Scoop the potatoes from the skins into a mixing bowl.
    Add milk and margarine and mash the potatoes.
    Stir in cheese and spinach. Then scoop the mixture back into the potato skins.
    Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
