Jellied Waldrop Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. diced peeled apple
    1/2 c. thinly diced celery
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add cold water; chill until thickened.
    Pour lemon juice over diced apple.
    Add apple, celery, raisins and nuts to gelatin.
    Pour in mold.
    Chill until firm.
