Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans yams
2 eggs
1 small can Carnation milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 stick margarine, melted or at least softened
1/2 to 1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
marshmallows
Preparation

Pour off liquid from yams.
With electric mixer, mix until like mashed potatoes.
Take beaters out and rinse to get rid of the strings from potatoes.
Add eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, margarine and pineapple and mix well.
Stir in pecans and pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
Top with marshmallows and return to oven to brown marshmallows.
