Blueberry Muffins(The Best) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. blueberries
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat in vanilla and sour cream. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Stir into butter mixture. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into muffin tins and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 23 minutes in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven.
