Ingredients

9-12 medium carrots
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp brown sugar
Preparation

Place carrots in a skillet and add 1 in. of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until crisp/tender. Drain. Melt butter in
a heavy skillet and add lemon juice and brown sugar. Stir until thickened. Add carrots and stir until well glazed and heated through.
