Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    baked crust
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. Karo syrup
    1 c. water
    1/2 small pkg. orange or lemon jello
    1 tsp. orange peel
    some Cointreau (optional)
    4 c. thinly sliced peaches
Preparation
    Bring sugar, cornstarch, syrup and water to a boil. Add jello, orange peel and Cointreau.
    Allow to cool. Fill crust with sliced peaches. Pour cooled syrup over peaches.
