Shirley'S Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 can cream-style corn
    6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
Preparation
    Mix ingredients (except for flour and meal).
    Stir in flour and meal.
    Hurry and place in pan before meal rises.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
