Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. finely grated carrots
Preparation

Mix together dry ingredients.
Add oil and mix well with mixer. Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
Add carrots by mixing with a spoon.
Bake in three 8-inch pans at 350 for 30 minutes.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
