Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 (10 oz.) cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Thaw the potatoes.
Mix all ingredients in a big bowl together and spread in shallow baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 50 minutes or until hot. Bake at 350\u00b0.
