Peanut Butter Muffins(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    artificial sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar (optional)
    1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
    8 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine (tub)
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. egg substitute (25 calories per 1/4 c.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix dry ingredients and cut in peanut butter and margarine until mixture is crumbly.
    Add egg substitute and milk; stir until moistened.
    Fill 8 muffin cups that have been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
