Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carton cottage cheese
    6 beaten eggs
    1/4 lb. butter, cut
    1/2 c. American cheese, cut in pieces
    2 pkg. chopped spinach, thaw and drain
    6 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add cottage cheese, butter and American cheese. Work spinach through like pie dough.
    Mix in 6 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper.
    \"Dump\" into buttered casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Make in a.m. and refrigerate.
