Oven French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    12 slices bread
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    salt to taste (if desired)
Preparation
    Melt margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon in bottom of 9 x 13-inch aluminum pan (not a glass pan).
    Cover with 2 layers of bread.
    Mix
    eggs,\tmilk and salt.\tPour over bread layers. Cover with
    aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Uncover and bake at\t350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes.
    Remove from pan promptly. Turn pan upside down.
    This is a good breakfast item.
    Serves 6 to 8.
