Blueberry Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1 stick oleo
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. granulated sugar
2 whole eggs
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 can blueberry pie filling
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Melt oleo and pour first four ingredients and press in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat next four ingredients until smooth.
Place over crust and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove and let cool.
Spread with pie filling.
Cover with Cool Whip.
