Jumbo Pumpkin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mashed pumpkin
2 Tbsp. golden raisins
1 Tbsp. frozen egg substitute, thawed
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. chopped pecans

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well and set aside. Combine pumpkin and next 3 ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
