Weitkunat'S Birthday Cake(Never Fail Chocolate Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. liquid shortening (corn oil)
2 tsp. baking soda in 1/2 cup water
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. cocoa (unsweetened)
1 tsp. salt
2 c. coffee (stronger the better)

Preparation

Place into large bowl in given order.
Do not mix until last item is in the bowl.
Beat for 3 to 5 minutes until all ingredients are blended well.
Grease pan, 11 x 17-inch (large).
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Will spring back when touched in center.
