Broccoli-Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    12 oz. bag whole kernel corn
    2 (10 oz.) bags cooked broccoli spears
Preparation
    Mix margarine, onion and flour in a saucepan.
    Gradually add milk.
    Cook until thick.
    Add cheese and half of cracker crumbs.
